But first, a reflection from 2024…
We hit in-person markets hard and loved connecting with all of the families who came to support us with kind words. It meant the world to get to know you and feel seen. To those who chose to use our products or purchase them for their loved ones thank you a million times over. We are so honored you picked us. We plan on continuing to show up and hope to more markets next year. Sign up for our newsletter to stay up to date with our market schedule.
There were a ton of changes to our business model as well! In January, we were Lindsay Ann Artistry. In July, we changed our name to Cradle Comforts Co. With that change we also shared our mission. We believe in it 100% so we'll share it again! Our mission is to reduce the amount of fabrics ending up in the landfill as much as we can by offering a buy-back program for any crib sheets that can be reused in upcycled projects. We will reuse the remnants to make new products to sell. We also take donations! And in return, we will make something out of the material for your not-so-little-anymore tot to keep as a memory. Contact us if you’re interested!
We also started a new line of organic materials! We started with some of our best sellers but we have much more in store for 2025. We can't wait to share with you what more we have in store for you in 2025! Follow us on Insta, FB to keep up to date! Also, consider subscribing to our emails to get exclusive offers and sneak previews.
Our Forward motion
As we step into 2025, Cradle Comforts Co. is more committed than ever to creating a greener, more sustainable future for families
and the planet. With every product we design and every decision we make, we aim to uphold our promise to care for the earth while providing comfort and quality to your little ones. Here are the key sustainability goals guiding us this year:
1. Enhancing Our Natural Fabric Offerings
In 2024, we made a significant shift to exclusively use natural fabrics, prioritizing materials like organic cotton and bamboo blends. This year, we’re taking it further by expanding our product lines to include more innovative, eco-friendly textiles. Our goal is to ensure that every fabric we use is gentle on your baby’s skin and kind to the environment.
2. Prioritizing Local and Ethical Production
Sustainability isn’t just about the materials—it’s also about how and where products are made. We’re strengthening partnerships with ethically run manufacturers to reduce our carbon footprint and support fair labor practices.
3. Offering Upcycling and Donation Services
Continuing our mission to reduce waste, we’re piloting upcycling and donation services. This initiative encourages families to give new life to outgrown or gently used Cradle Comforts products. Whether it’s transforming an old crib sheet into keepsakes or donating items to families in need, we’re here to make it simple and impactful.
4. Promoting Education and Advocacy
Knowledge is power, and we want to empower our community to make eco-friendly choices. Through blog posts, social media, and partnerships, we’re dedicated to sharing tips, resources, and stories that inspire sustainable parenting practices. Together, we can build a network of families united by their love for the planet.
5. Reducing Packaging Waste
We’re on a mission to eliminate excess packaging and transition to 100% biodegradable or recyclable materials. By reducing waste, we’re helping ensure that the joy of opening a Cradle Comforts product doesn’t come at the expense of the planet.
We believe that small, mindful actions can lead to big changes. Whether you’re embracing reusable items, choosing sustainable fabrics, or finding creative ways to reduce waste, every step counts. At Cradle Comforts Co., we’re honored to be part of your eco-friendly journey, and we’re excited to see what we can achieve together in 2025.
Let’s make this year a milestone in creating a better future for our children and the world they’ll inherit. Here’s to sustainable parenting and a greener tomorrow!
